Bank Service Charges

1.Saving Bank Account:

i.Minimum balance required to be maintained without cheque book Rs. 500/-

ii.Minimum balance required to be maintained with cheque book Rs. 2000/-

iii.Rs. 20/- per transaction if the balance is maintained less than Rs. 500/-

iv.Rs. 50/- per withdrawal if the balance is maintained less than Rs. 2000/-

v.Rs. 50/- in case the duplicate pass book is issued.

2.Current Account:

i.Minimum balance required to be maintained Rs. 5000/-

ii.Rs. 50/- per transaction if the balance is maintained less than Rs. 5000/-

iii.Rs. 100/- in case the duplicate pass book is issued.

iv.Rs. 100/- per page per year handling charges ( if manual )

v.Rs. 300/- per year handling charges ( if computerised )

3.Cash Credits:

i.Rs. 100/- per lakh annual handling charges with a minimum of Rs. 100/- (except staff)

Exemption for the bank staff:

i.Two demand draft/ pay order in a month will be issued without charges if the same is prepared from his/ her account.

ii.Bills shall be collected at par except postage charges.

iii.Saving account minimum balance Rs. 100/-

Exemption for valued customers:

i.Demand draft/ Pay order/ Transfer facilities without charges will be provided to Societies/ Institutions/ govt. / semi govt. / boards/ corporations etc. In their names/ affiliated with their Institutions/ Societies/ Departments etc. Situated in the state of Haryana.

ii.Bank service charges shall be exempted fully or partly as per agreement with the permission of the Managing Director/ General Manager.

iii.50% Bank service charges on issue of Demand draft/ Pay order/ Transfer facility will be provided to the valued staff/ officers of the Government/ Semi Government/ Boards/ Corporations/ Societies, Military personals and Senior Citizens with the permission of Branch Manager/ General Manager/ Managing Director.
